Training Times for New Season

Tuesday 7-9pm – 1 hour of fitness and 1 hour of mini matches.
Thursday 7-9pm – 45 mins fitness training and 1hr 15mins skills training.
Any female 15 and up are welcome to come and train (£3 per session). Our club is open to all so come along and join us.
